We process and ship within 3 business days of your order

Once we’ve received the order, we process and ship your product within 3 business days. For orders that are completed after 11 AM IST on a given day, the processing begins the following business day. A separate shipping confirmation email is sent when once the order is dispatched from our end. Please note that if you have purchased more than one product, they might be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day.

We do not update the order status until your Wakeup mattress has shipped. Once the product has been shipped from our factory, you will receive an email with the shipping details. If you have not received an update in a week, please send us an email at support@mywakeup.co or let us know on call at +91 8059643644. Our customer care team will be happy to assist you further.

While it wouldn’t be possible for us to schedule a specific time for delivery, we’d love to help you with custom delivery instructions as best as we can. Just let us know after you have placed your order, and we will work with our delivery partners to try and accommodate your special request.

Once your order has been processed and initiated for shipment via our courier partners, we can expedite your shipping. However, a faster delivery will cost you higher because of the priority shipment. Typically, you can expect your delivery within 5-7 business days of placing the order. In case you wish to have your Wakeup mattress delivered sooner, just let us know at the time of placing the order.

At Wakeup, we try and ensure the quality and safety of all products shipped. But still, if you have received a damaged product by any chance, feel free to email us at support@mywakeup.co or call us and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

We have updated our Return Policy. Return Policy is now Replace Policy. Now, there is no return policy, only replacement will be done if you face any issue with the received mattress within 100 days of purchase. And if you face any problem with mattress foam after 100 days then your mattress will be repaired.

If the replace request is initiated within the 100-day trial, you will receive a new mattress. But if you face any challenge after the trial period, your mattress will only be repaired. Please check out our FAQs and Warranty section to understand the next steps.

With our replacement processes, systematic approach, and customer satisfaction at heart, we process all our customers’ replacement for free if there is our fault but if you change your choice and want to get any other type of mattress, then you have to pay shipping charges for both sides. 😊

Sorry, once the trial period is over, you cannot replace the mattress. After the 100-day trial period, it can only be repaired if it meets any of the warranty claim guidelines, as provided in the FAQ section.

Once you have placed a replace request, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to complete the replace process. 

When you want to replace your mattress, you just need to call our support team or drop a mail on support@mywakeup.co. The further process will be done by us.

Don’t worry, we do not resell them. Each one of our customers always receives freshly made brand new mattresses. The returned mattresses are either disposed or donated.
